Driven public service professional with experience in public safety, government operations, youth leadership, and community engagement. Formerly served as a second-year intern with the Colorado Department of Law, where I supported statewide law enforcement initiatives, POST operations, conference planning, agency outreach, compliance projects, and large-scale data management efforts. During my time with the Department of Law, I contributed to statewide and national public safety projects, including development of a national law enforcement academy and POST directory, ADA accessibility initiatives, law enforcement social media audits, and operational planning for the POST Conference. I also served as secondary proctor for statewide peace officer test out and exams, regularly supporting cadet training cycles. In recognition of my service, I was awarded the Colorado Attorney General Certificate of Accomplishment for “Spirit of the Department of Law,” recognizing outstanding contributions and impact within the department. Currently, I work in security operations at Elitch Gardens Theme & Water Park, where I help maintain safety in a high-volume public environment and respond to a wide range of incidents requiring professionalism, communication, and quick decision-making. I am also involved with the Colorado Youth Advisory Council (COYAC), contributing to youth leadership and civic engagement initiatives focused on improving outcomes for young people across Colorado. Passionate about public service, leadership, and the evolving role of law enforcement and community partnerships, I aim to continue building a career centered on service, policy, and public safety leadership. Any opinions or comments here are of mine, not of an employer or office.
