- Managing a number of product lines in terms of launch/ marketing plan/ roadmap, budget/ P&L, in store execution, forecast/ supply management, end of life planning -Driving an EMEA project around collecting / analyzing Logitech's share within its largest accounts, increasing visibility/ actionability of the data on hand, as well as pushing the markets to invest where needed, not only doing things right, but doing the right things -EMEA 2x Programs (Driving a across EMEA project mean to generate business development activities across products, accounts and geographies) -Lead a team of 6 people, cross departments to develop, from A to Z, the EMEA Return on Investment tool -Dashboard Creation/ Maintenance in order to perform daily product management tasks - skills needed: advanced analytical skills in excel/ Tableau
- New product introduction support on cross-category level (Phase-in/Phase-out Calendar, Early samples allocation for EMEA, Product Setup file creation, localization of Commbriefs) - Publishing Data sheets required for listings of new products (creating briefs, coordinating the process along side Design and Translation teams) - Controlling Mass Production samples budgets and orders across EMEA together with Finance team [Back-Up/ Employee leave] Pricing Analyst - Emerging Markets - Pricing/ Promo Approvals - Pricing strategy, within USD countries, for new product introductions - portfolio analysis, alignment discussions with all country sales managers, return on investment analysis
-Key products launch support and tracking -Driving marketing intelligence studies (gather and analyze data to help determine market opportunities, market penetration strategies, and market development metrics) -Perform ad’hoc competitive analysis (new products, type of marketing actions performed…) -Provide required product information and support to internal support functions (Trade marketing, PR…) -Organize business reviews between countries and Product marketing team (single contact person) – Define meeting timing according to GfK release calendar, coordinate all parties involved, define meeting agenda, reserve required resources
Business development: Lead a number of market research projects aimed at generating business growth in in key locations / geographies.. The projects were presented in front of senior management and had a direct impact on the business strategy developed for those specific areas of the business. Research: Developed a number of customer based questionnaires aimed at better understanding the key needs of our clients, how the services provided are perceived and what the main improvement points are.
