One-year Assignment Actively contributing to the development of the CoE's community through efficient talent acquisition methods; Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements and proposing appropriate strategies; Collecting market intelligence and compiling data for well-informed hiring decisions; Sourcing, identifying, and attracting relevant candidates through various channels for both technical and non-technical departments; Conducting interviews and coordinating further interviewing stages, while ensuring a positive candidate experience; Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the internal applicant tracking system; Contributing to the development and promotion of the company's employer brand; Collaborating with internal teams to improve process efficiency and to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations; Staying informed about industry trends, competitor practices, and changes in the job market to adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.
Identifying the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates; Recognizing appropriate candidates and assessing their technical qualifications and soft skills through review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communications; Maintaining contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their selection stages; Facilitating contacts by creating and maintaining a presence in the technical/industry community and marketplace. + Acting as an IT Recruitment Mentor for students enrolled in the PregatIT pentru Maine project (https://www.pregatitpentrumaine.ro/). + Being responsible for the Recruitment Learning & Development Pathway (Romania & Moldova)
Managing full-cycle recruiting processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the selection stages; Developing and posting technical job descriptions on specialist IT job boards, social media and any other relevant channels; Sourcing, screening and compiling a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles; Conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods; Managing the scheduling and logistics of all discussions between candidates and hiring managers/clients; Keeping up-to-date with the market trends in order to form strategic conversations with the team on current and future hiring needs.
Identifying, sourcing and recruiting suitable candidates for the company's business functions (Finance & Accounting, IT Support, Customer Support, Procurement, Order Management, etc.) and support functions (HR, Facility, etc.) Promoting Genpact's open positions through various sourcing channels; Using various proactive search methods to source candidates, including advertising, employee referrals, personal networking, etc.; Maintaining a close relationship with candidates throughout the interviewing and sourcing process; Participating in job fairs and other external events in order to act as a brand ambassador for Genpact; Maintaining constant communication with hiring managers regarding pipeline and candidate status, trends and analysis of the employment market; Coordinating the selection process while integrating digital tools in the daily activity; Acting as a point of contact on behalf of the hiring team for high-volume transition projects for new accounts.
