Responsible to drive People strategy design and deployment for BCR Group Romania, including BCR Bank Romania and 10 other BCR/Erste subsidiaries. Responsible for the transformation of the organization from a people perspective, supporting BCR Board to translate business strategies into people change initiatives. Responsible of a team of 90 professionals, supporting 7,300 colleagues, covering a wide range of activities: cultural transformation, organizational design, recruitment & development, employer branding, learning, talent management, rewards strategy, HR controlling, employee relations & social affairs, governance of subsidiaries and HR operations (shared services).
Managed the largest HR restructuring & outplacement project in Romania and one of the largest in Central and Eastern Europe. Responsible to support the Board of OMV/Petrom in the process of designing the restructuring strategy and to represent shareholders’ interests in relation to selected groups (employees, union leaders, authorities, general public, mass media).
• Managed the transformational and operational delivery of the reward strategy and policy for Group Central Functions (headcount of 9,000 employees) by designing and implementing integrated reward solutions, such as bonus plans, performance development plans, sales incentive schemes, retention plans, recognition schemes. • Redesigned and streamlined the Payround (Barclays’ pay review) processes for Group Central Functions. • Worked as part of the senior leadership team to develop a high-performing reward function and redesign the new group reward strategy; developed an implementation strategy for all businesses across Barclays Group. • Supported the Executive Reward Team with the redesign of a new short-term and long-term incentive plan for the Board members; presented findings in front of the Remuneration Committee.
