Spearheaded development of HIV related- Anti-Sitgma and Discrimination eLearning modules for cluster wide dissemination
•Conducted data collection and immediate data screening / verification with particpants based on accelerometer data. •Collected quantitative (self-report surveys, biological samples, accelerometer data) data for 3 concurrent studies over the course of a half year period. •Involved in developing, implementing and revising study protocols and procedures. •Worked closely with lean study team to ensure efficient implementation of study protocol. •Maintained proper documentation of research documents, equipment inventories and updates, and assisted in maintaining confidential data (excel spreadsheets). •Led the testing, development and fabrication of intervention materials. Designed mock ups and liaised with external service providers for fabrication. •Aided in data scoring and cleaning using Microsoft Excel and R Studio for a battery of questionnaires. ▪Recruited, screened and scheduled research particpants from past participant pool. ▪Assisted in the facilitation and administration of each study group’s condition. ▪Administered and marked the Repeatable Battery for the Assessment of Neuropsychological Status (RBANS) assessments of particpants.
The Future of Our Pasts: History Reimagined (TFOOP) is a festival organized by Yale NUS College in conjunction with the Singapore Bicentennial to promote interest in Singapore history, and broaden our understanding of our pasts. ★ Awarded a total of $29,200 to work on a Kristang Comic. -Boka di Stori (Storyteller) : The first graphic novel about the Eurasians in Singapore ● Managed the project and its progression and presented updates to stakeholders every 3 months. ● Conducted primary and secondary research through books, consulting academics, and interviewing individuals with the lived experience. ● Led the budget planning ● Main Illustrator ● Led and managed a team of writers and designers, and liaised with the printer for the first print run ● Worked in a team to plan a 5-day event, which included a soft-launch, games session, a language class, trivia night, and ongoing film screenings (produced by Victoria Scully) ● Mar 2022 | Raffles Institution (Secondary), Human Library: Shared about the preservation of heritage languages, the minority experience, and the purpose and process of creating the graphic novel. ● Mar 2021 | NUS - College of Alice and Peter Tan: Shared about the Kristang speaking and greater Eurasian community, and the process of creating the graphic novel. ● March 2019 | Ki Sorti Launch: The soft launch of Ki Sorti, together with a 5-day programme including beginner language and game classes and a writer’s panel ● Feb 2019 | TFOOP Launch: Project Creators Panel – Shared about how we can incorporate newer forms of storytelling in a historical context to promote historical literacy in Singapore. ● Nov 2018 | Singapore Polytechnic: Stories Fest Presentation – Presented on Boka di Stori to students of & SP School of Communications, Arts & Social Sciences. ● Aug 2018: Anoti Kristang: Kristang History and Arts Night – Presented on Boka di Stori and held a short focus group with members of the Kristang community.
