About

My roots are in physics and a wonderful upbringing in natural sciences - and I still love the challenge of complex, innovative topics that shape our future. However my passion today is to inspire people and shape complex organizations to succeed in tomorrow's world: how we think, interact and live while we work. Leadership to me is about enabling talents to grow and providing a diverse, psychologically safe environment: that's what drives excellence My career spans three continents and ranges from R&D program management to communications in financial services and a multi-billion M&A transaction. At the core has always been my interest in strategic thinking and desire to find effective solutions for complex issues at the technical, human, strategic, organizational level. I'm serious about work-life balance, passionate about diversity, love teaching and fire-side chats. I'm fascinated by the opportunities which digitalization offers, respectful of the threats and equally puzzled and curious about what lies ahead.
