As CEO Asia, I led Schnitzer Group’s regional operations through a complete business turnaround, restructuring the organization both technologically and operationally to restore profitability and long-term stability. Over five years, I rebuilt the team from the ground up, strengthening our technical expertise, customer alignment, and operational efficiency to better meet the evolving needs of our clients. In 2023, we successfully expanded our footprint with a new office in Bangkok, Thailand, marking a regional milestone. During 2024 we finalized a seamless leadership transition to my successor, ensuring operational and strategic continuity.
From day one, I was on the ground — inside plants and alongside suppliers — solving complex challenges in manufacturing, mold design, assembly processes, and production stability. I quickly expanded into technical project management, industrialization, and task force leadership for major OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers, including BMW, Porsche, Mercedes-AMG, QUIN, and MINTH Group. My expertise in project management, quality assurance, and supplier development enabled me to troubleshoot and stabilize complex manufacturing processes, while strategically developing suppliers and managing cross-functional teams across global locations. In addition to managing critical paths and project dependencies, I consistently delivered projects that improved performance, reduced downtime, and enhanced overall production reliability. Specialized in injection tools, process optimization, and supplier performance across ASEAN, I focused on achieving measurable, sustainable improvements through a hands-on, pragmatic approach that connected strategy to execution.
Kicked off my career by putting theory into practice on shop floors across China, gaining firsthand experience in injection molding, toolmaking, and production optimization, including downstream manufacturing processes. This early, practical exposure to real production environments built a deep understanding of quality, precision, and pragmatic problem-solving — principles that continue to shape my everyday’s work today.
