Als Kind vom Land bekam ich von meinem Grundschullehrer eine Hauptschulempfehlung ausgesprochen. Die unglückliche Schulzeit hätte sich wohl fortgesetzt, wäre es nicht zu grundlegenden Veränderungen gekommen. Grund dafür, dass ich meinen Bildungsweg darüberhinaus (glücklich) bis hin zum Master fortsetzen konnte und meine berufliche Passion gefunden habe, mag einerseits Zufall gewesen sein, andererseits habe ich vielen Menschen zu danken, die mir weitere Chancen gegeben haben. Genauso wie mir der Freiraum und die Möglichkeiten zur Entfaltung meiner Persönlichkeit gegeben wurden, möchte ich auch Jugendliche und Kinder dabei unterstützen, sich entfalten zu können. Daher ist das Thema Bildungsgerechtigkeit mein Herzensthema. Dafür unterstütze ich gerne Schüler:innen in Deutschland durch meine berufliche Tätigkeit und unterstütze sie in ihrer Berufsorientierung, genauso wie ich auch privat Kinder in Nepal unterstütze. Als Projektleiter für das Talent Company Projekt der Strahlemann-Stiftung verantworte ich die Installation von Fachräumen für Berufsorientierung in Schulen und bin stets auf der Suche nach weiteren Unterstützer:innen aus der Wirtschaft. Hierbei reporte ich an unsere Unterstützer:innen, zeige den Projektnutzen auf, entwickle, plane und überwache unsere Projekte bis hin zu einzelnen Coachings mit Schüler:innen - alles sowohl analog wie auch digital. Ich möchte die Chancen, die ich bekam, auch anderen zukommen lassen. Denn: Freude beginnt, wo Kinder und Jugendliche glücklich sind!

As Project Manager at Strahlemann Stiftung I'm coordinating the setup of Talent Companies (TCs) at schools, considering our various stakeholders. The aim is on one hand to foster and develop the talents of youths in order to accelerate their capability of starting into work life. On the other hand we're striving to counter skilled worker shortage and give companies the opportunity to employ fitting workers more rapidly.
During my cooperation with Ettli Kaffee I'm researching the impact of fair/direct trade of coffee as part of a roasters' sustainability management. I focus on the effectiveness of direct trade instead of the established fair trade.
