As Chief Platform Architect, I led a 10 person engineering team for the development of SAP Fioneer’s first SaaS product, Embedded Finance as a Service. (EFaaS) This included defining the MVP and target architecture for EFaaS including documenting and provisioning the technical stack (SAP BTP on Azure) and application management services. In addition, I managed end-to-end innovation and new product introduction from MVP, pricing models, project planning, testing and finally software deployment. Further to my Chief Platform Architect role, I coordinated the first external paid partnership for EFaaS including support for conference presentations and joint collateral. I also acted as a company AI champion working with SAP and Microsoft on key strategic initiatives in support of SAP Fioneer's adoption of Generative AI in its products. Finally, I helped manage Fioneer's SecDevOps process including defining a new customer download process with ServiceNow and JFrog for the secure development and deployment of software products. This included the creation of an AI Agent for the acceleration of Software Development and Operations Lifecycle.
