Leading a cross-functional enterprise program to improve Customer Reliability and Transparency. At Kamilo I have been contracted by some of the largest companies in Sweden. It usually starts with ERP but ends up with a longer, broader and healthier co-operation than we first thought. Platform Manager for Digital Platform and Infrastructure. Responsible for Core ERP (Infor M3) platform with all integrated systems, leading larger teams of employees and consultants assuring Food Business Supply world wide (12+ MEUR). Responsible for 50+ staff members and 70+ backoffice support. Also project owner of LCM activities with taking ERP, Infor M3 into Cloud - a long term project worth 20+ MEUR and leading cross-company / cross-process projects.
At Lantmännen Biorefineries I was responsible for setting up a Business Model for 4 Billion SEK commodities covering Strategy, Sales Processes and management, Profitability models and IT Architecture. Lantmännen Biorefineries is going through a larger reorganization which requires strategical and architectural changes. My responsibilities therefore cover several areas such as: • Creating Product Structure and Distribution models • Profitability Calculations and analyzing Tax legislation in Strategical Countries • Software Procurement Process & Software Configuration Expert • Solution Architect ERP (M3) / CRM
Hybrid role as both Project Manager and Business Consultant. In the roll-out project of implementing Hybris, e-commerce system in North America and Europe my responsibility was to lead the project, manage the M3 resources and to help with testing and verifying the ERP processes.
