Vehicle Safety We offer all the necessary know-how for simulation, engineering and testing and apply these skills not only in our own engineering centers but also at our clients’ sites. We cover strength analysis, crash calculation and component design as well as special know-how in all necessary process steps, from function optimization, material card and model creation to project management. We test the material behaviour during highly dynamic processes and in extended temperature ranges and are familiar with all worldwide applicable standards for passenger and pedestrian protection.
- Led the successful achievement of Euro NCAP accreditation, establishing the laboratory as a recognized crash testing facility for vehicle safety assessments - Successfully expanded the DIN ISO 17025 accreditation scope of the testing facility to include full vehicle crash testing and occupant safety assessments - Increased capacity utilization by 100% through the implementation of efficiency-improvement initiatives -Implemented infrastructure modifications to the test facility to enable testing of high-voltage (HV) vehicles
