Acting as the strategic logistics interface between central Operations and 25 local Markets & Propositions across Europe. My team ensures that logistics services and capabilities align with the specific needs of each market and proposition (e.g. Beauty, Designer, Multi-Channel Fulfilment...), enabling commercial success and customer satisfaction. We act as strategic enablers and performance gatekeepers: - Prioritizing market-driven logistics initiatives in close collaboration with Product, Engineering, Network Planning, Process Excellence and Carrier Management - Driving competitive benchmarking and service design (e.g. delivery speed, return experience, service variety) - Leading the development of Zalando’s Logistics Strategy 2028 KPI framework and market maturity assessment - Supporting partner service development (e.g. returns handling for partner programs, shipping solutions, etc.)
Logistics Operations interface for Markets Teams (responsible for Core Fashion in 25 Markets). The team is the strategic logistics partner for Markets. Their tasks include driving new service requests and developments in close cooperation with other teams and acting as the gatekeeper for performance and KPIs.
