I am a Senior Offshore Wind Installation and Heavy Lift Expert with 19+ years of international experience across Europe and APAC. Over the course of my career, I have contributed to the delivery of more than 3 GW offshore wind capacity, including first-of-a-kind 14 MW turbine installations in Taiwan. Since July 2023, I have been assigned as Senior Installation and Heavy Lifting Expat to Taiwan, supporting offshore expansion across APAC. My responsibility includes: * Safe System of Work (SSoW) management * Heavy lift engineering approval & crane compliance * Installation vessel readiness validation * Multi-party execution alignment * Regulatory and client technical interface * Risk mitigation and execution assurance I operate at the intersection of engineering integrity, contractual compliance, and offshore execution excellence. My approach is built on three principles: Safety without compromise Technical integrity Structured, risk-controlled execution
- Develop, and manage complex renewable energy customer projects from tender negotiation through to execution and commissioning. - Coordinate overall project planning, resource allocation, and milestone monitoring to ensure strict adherence to budgets, PM standards, and EHS guidelines. - Serve as a primary technical and strategic interface for customers, outside contractors, and internal stakeholders. - Lead, empower, and coordinate temporarily assigned cross-functional project staff to deliver high-quality green energy infrastructure.
