Senior International Consultant and Education Specialist, Educator and Trainer. With an excellent educational background, significant practical experience from more than 25 years of project work as consultant, key expert, team leader, trainer and education specialist and managing partner in his own enterprises in Germany, Sweden, Russia, Central and SE Asia. His expertise includes lecturing in BA and MBA programs, project management and coordination, curricula development, training program and text book design. Andreas' expertise is broad including almost all education sub sectors and their linkages. This includes linkages between general secondary education and VET. Therefore, he has an inclusive and holistic view and understanding of education system development, especially in transition and developing countries. He has developed a passion for education system advancement at system and implementation level. His particular interest is in quality assurance and research in education. Project: Skills for Competitiveness Project (S4C) (ADB funded / 2020-2026) Objective: Improving the TVET sector focused on TVET at level 5 training occupations (Higher Diploma of Technology/Business Education / Associate Degree) - Key responsibilities: Project Impact assessment, Review, improve and finalize the physical progress, review project performance rating and the DMF status report every month and detailed reports, quarterly/annual reports and for the semi-annual ADB Review Missions, Drafting Project Completion Report

Project: Skills for Future Economy Sector Development Program (SFESDP) (ADB funded / 2023-2030, 111m + 20m program loan) Objective: Strengthening the Skills Development Ecosystem within 5 sub-outputs under Output 1, Developing new diploma and short courses in IT/ Networking and Programming, Industrial Engineering, and Industrial Machining (Machining Technology) Key responsibilities: Team Leader Project Implementation Consultant 1 (PIC1) for Output 1 - Support and provide overall technical guidance to the executing agency (EA), Implementing Agencies (IA), Project Management Unit (PMU) and Project Coordinating Units (PCUs), in project planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.
