- responsible for the strategic procurement of industrial gases (mainly Helium, Argon and Liquid Nitrogen) - purchase and sale of industrial gases - Global disposition and logistics of Liquid Helium Containers (incl. ensuring the supply for own production demands) - in charge of negotiations and agreements of all kinds within the commodity group - drive cost reduction measures within the commodity group
- responsible for global and group-wide purchasing within the commodity group "plastic injection" - create global procurement market transparency and define clear purchasing strategies - in charge of negotiations and agreements of all kinds within the commodity group - manage risk by identifying, managing and actively controlling procurement risks - drive cost reduction measures in close cooperation with the specialist departments (design to cost, target costing, etc.) and thus achieve optimal costs for the purchased materials
- Development of global purchasing strategies (Europe, USMCA, Asia) - Responsibility for product-related commodity groups (metal, plastics, raw materials) - Supplier on-site assessments according to automotive standards (VDA/IATF) - Supplier selection, evaluation, monitoring and development - Negotiation of long-term contracts - Development of purchasing processes along the PEP, VDA & IATF requirements - Implementation of cost-down measures (commercial and technical) - Spend analysis and reporting across the entire project purchasing process - Cost evaluation of new parts in acquisition projects - Monitoring compliance with REACH and Conflict Minerals CMRT
- Responsibility for ERP-controlled production planning - Ongoing monitoring of implementation and coordination with the production area managers - Optimisation of planning processes - cycle time studies according to REFA and MTM standards - Ensuring the timely availability of materials for series production in compliance with inventory optimisation specifications - Preparation, management and evaluation of inventury in collaboration with Production, Warehouse and Finance
- Document processing - First level accounting - Telephone customer contact; sending invoices, travel documents, commission statements - Collaboration in sales; sales and marketing agendas, support with employee events
