Prototyping & Launch: Providing critical on-site support at the OEM assembly plant during vehicle launch phases and prototype builds. Supplier & Lifecycle Management Supplier Integration: Leading supplier collaboration to hit key milestones, including FMEA, schematic development, and validation protocols. System Administration: Managing the official part release process within the OEM-specific system (WERS). Data Integrity: Verifying and maintaining the Bill of Materials (BOM) to ensure production accuracy. DMU Oversight: Continuous monitoring and synchronization of all CAD design changes within the Digital Mock-Up (DMU).
