One of my major achievements was the roll out of Power BI analytics tool towards all the Business Groups, a solution that allowed both finance and management teams to review their cost basis in a very modern and efficient way. At the same time I worked with the Productivity team to measure the performance of each business in their saving initiatives and to identify new opportunities for the program.
