Technology: Metal Stamping, Injection Moulding, Laser- and Arc-Welding, Final Assembly incl. EOLT • Ensure Process Monitoring (Poka Yoke) as well as Equipment Availability • Personnel responsibility: IE, Technology, Maintenance, Facility Management (Total 31 employees) • Department Budget Planning and Cost Center Responsibility • CIP, increase of equipment availability, identify cost savings, implementation of TPM System • Set up spare part stock incl. management system (SAP) • Equipment specification, concept- and design-review/release, delivery- and final-release, • Review MTM, PFEMA, plant-layout, material flow, • Participation in internal and external Audits (TS16949, Customer Audit)
Department management; Plan and specify production equipment; Continuous improvement of production equipment, raising efficiency; Responsible for TPM (total preventive maintenance); assure availability of spare parts to guarantee productiveness; Training and further education for engineering team and shift leader; Design plant-layouts for production planning; International communication and experience exchanging referring to standardisation, planning of new projects and processes; Process Development including definition and documentation of process parameters; Debug und upgrade production equipment;
