Appointed as Group Compliance Officer for TAIB Group, overseeing the development of a risk-based, targeted Compliance framework across a diversified group structure. The role is performed in parallel to my operational Compliance responsibilities at Mitrelli, ensuring alignment between Group strategy and local implementation.
Lead and manage the Compliance function of an international infrastructure and development group operating in complex, high-risk jurisdictions. After establishing the Compliance framework from scratch, the role has evolved into full operational ownership, focusing on effectiveness, prioritisation, and sustainability.
