Mein Ziel ist es, das meines Erachtens wichtigste Projekt in Deutschland, die Energiewende aktiv mitzugestalten und zu unterstützen. Das Thema LNG ist dabei eine Brückentechnologie um von der bestehenden Energieabhängigkeit los zu kommen. Wichtiger aber ist das Schlüsselelement Wasserstoff das für eine klimaneutrale Energieversorgung sorgen kann. Hierzu sind massive Anstrengungen und Investitionen in die Pipelineinfrastruktur erforderlich. Meine umfassende Erfahrung im Betrieb und Management von Fernleitungen und Tanklägern und damit zusammenhängenden Themen wie bspw. intelligente Molchtechnik, Prozesssicherheit sowie in Joint Venture Management werden dabei helfen.
United Kingdom Oil Pipelines Ltd. (UKOP) is a UK limited company owning the ‘Thames Mersey pipeline’ pipeline network. Together with the ‘West London Pipeline and Storage Ltd.’ and ‘Walton-Gatwick Pipeline Company Ltd.’ systems, the 3 separate pipelines integrated into a single pipeline system are together generically known and referred to as ‘UKOP’. The 3 systems have been managed as a single entity by BPA - British Pipeline Agency Limited from the Kingsbury Control Centre since 1969. Together the systems are designed to transport bulk quantities of refined petroleum products from what were originally coastal refineries, to inland distribution terminals closer to population dense areas.
Société du Pipeline Sud Européen (SPSE) is a company which transports liquid hydrocarbons by pipeline from the Fos-sur-Mer and Lavéra port facilities (South of France) to it´s customers in France. It is also a storage company, operating a tank farm of 2.26 million m³ of capacity, located at Fos-sur-Mer.
RRP operates two pipeline systems with a total length of 475 km. The main line for the transport of crude oil is a 176 km long 36" pipeline running from Europoort to Venlo where the crude oil is temporary stored in tanks before it is pumped to its destination points in the Ruhr Oel refinery near Gelsenkirchen (BP) and the Rheinland refinery of Shell Deutschland Oil GmbH near Cologne. In addition, RRP operates a 153 km long pipeline from Pernis to the border near Venlo for the transport of oil products such as petrol, naphtha, diesel, heating oil and jet fuel. This pipeline is the main supply line for the pipeline system of Rhein-Main-Rohrleitungstransportgesellschaft mbH (RMR) in Germany.
Die BIL eG ist am 15. Juni 2015 als eingetragene Genossenschaft durch 17 deutsche Fernleitungsbetreiber aus den Branchen Chemie, Gas-Hochdruck und Mineralöl gegründet worden; der Zutritt zu der Genossenschaft steht allen netzbetreibenden Unternehmen offen, ist aber nicht Voraussetzung für die Nutzung des Portals. Zielsetzung ist die Etablierung eines zentralen und bundesweiten Informationssystems zur Leitungsrecherche in Deutschland. Mittlerweile beteiligen sich mehr als 90 Unternehmen aus allen leitungsbetreibenden Sparten an der zentrale Online-Plattform für Leitungsrecherche.
