- Scope: Leading the global business to business agenda across IKEA (range, supply and meeting the customer). Responsible for setting the strategic direction and execute on this. - Achievements: Building a new organisation (15 people) and setting a new direction for IKEA for Business with the aim to make a breakthrough in IKEA for Business. Key assignment was to integrate IKEA for Business in the running business and setup and start a project to develop business capabilities to meet business customers in a professional way. We delivered an IKEA b2b operating model for larger business customers. Delivered double digit growth for b2b, 3 years in a row and B2B have now reached 9.1% share of IKEAs sales. One of IKEAs biggest growth drivers last years.
- Scope: IKEA+ is an organisation that develops new business opportunities that attracts the many individuals with a personalising range - made possible by finding new ways of manufacturing, selling, and delivering. IKEA+ is developing business capabilities for IKEA within the value chain with the purpose to be more attractive and reach more customers. - Achievements: Building up a team of leaders, setting an IKEA+ direction and secure that we deliver on that. Leading a team of leaders and consultants to do business development (in close cooperation with HFBs) within areas of personalization, customization and made to order. Delivered many successful initiatives including a wider range of sofa covers, print on demand and customized blinds.
- Served and worked in the Swedish navy within the engineering field on a mine counter measure vessel, educating recruits with the aim to make them ready to be stationed on vessels during wartime. This included many international assignments and gave a lot of leadership experiences and great learning´s.
