Legal Counsel in international contract management laws for clinical Lymphomas and CCL/WM research
Support in reviewing and drafting contracts for the acquisition and sale of real estate both domestically and internationally. This includes assisting in contract creation for our co-owners and addressing their legal inquiries. Additionally, I contribute to the preparation of shareholder meetings and develop guidelines, checklists, and statements on matters related to data protection and anti-money laundering compliance. My responsibilities also involve conducting research, particularly in the fields of corporate and real estate law.
