About

I stabilize factories that are under pressure. My career started on the shopfloor and grew through production, operations, and factory leadership. I have led teams, protected delivery, stabilized quality, controlled cost, and managed the daily rhythm of manufacturing environments. My roles have always been operational, direct, and tied to real outcomes — not theory. Over the years, I was deployed internationally into plants that had already lost stability — in Tianjin (China), Odawara (Japan), Batangas (Philippines), and Huizhou (China). The expectation was always the same: restore flow, protect the customer, and deliver results under pressure. These assignments were not advisory. They were full‑responsibility interventions across delivery, quality, cost, deviation response, escalation, and the alignment of SAP with physical flow. I have also led operations inside factories as a Production Manager and later as a General Manager in China. Whether inside an organization or deployed externally, the work has always been the same: stabilize the system, rebuild rhythm, and protect the business. This is the real operational core of P&L — executed on the shopfloor instead of in a spreadsheet. I didn’t manage a P&L on paper. I managed the operational levers that decide whether a P&L survives. Today I operate independently, autonomously, and with the full operational responsibility of a General Manager, even within a lean consulting structure. My leadership style is simple: rhythm over chaos, flow over firefighting, standards over opinions, fast deviation response over slow reporting, escalation before the system collapses. Different countries. Different systems. Same expectation: deliver, stabilize, protect the business. Ich stabilisiere Werke, die unter Druck stehen — ohne Politik, ohne Ausreden, ohne Drama.

Experience

  • General Manager (Owner) at Wuxi LST Consulting Co., Ltd.
    Jul 2015 - Present · 11 yrs

I operate as an independent GM‑level stabilizer for factories in China and Asia, supporting owners and leadership teams in restoring flow, protecting delivery, and rebuilding operational performance. My work spans lean transformation, production and operations management, supplier development, task‑force interventions, and full‑responsibility stabilization assignments. I lead with a hands‑on, shopfloor‑driven approach, aligning physical flow with system flow and restoring predictable output in plants under pressure.

  • Operations Manager (Interim) at TECMAGIC Technologies
    Feb 2022 - Mar 2024 · 2 yrs 2 mos

Restored operational stability in a multi‑process environment (plastic injection molding, silicone/rubber compression molding, steel production) and eliminated a critical production backlog that threatened customer contracts. Increased daily output by 75% and improved overall efficiency by 20%. Stabilization scope included rebuilding production planning, introducing lean manufacturing and 6S, reorganizing BOM structures, improving warehouse flow, implementing capacity planning, establishing job descriptions and skill matrices, and aligning reporting systems with actual shopfloor performance. Reduced warehouse stock by 30% and restored on‑time delivery through systematic backlog elimination and flow restoration.

  • General Manager (Interim) at Guangdong ZAMA Precision Industry
    Dec 2017 - May 2018 · 6 mos

Delivered 95% output reliability and zero customer supply interruption during a full factory relocation from Shenzhen to Huizhou — protecting all active contracts and ensuring uninterrupted revenue. Acted as the operational bridge between both sites, stabilizing production, maintaining workforce alignment, and ensuring customer protection throughout the transition. Restored rhythm and flow in a high‑risk environment where delivery failure would have resulted in immediate contract loss.

  • Lean Expert at Wuxi LST Consulting & Service Ltd.
    Apr 2010 - May 2015 · 5 yrs 2 mos

Developed and delivered lean manufacturing training programs, production reorganization initiatives, supplier development, and start‑up support for Chinese and international factories. Focused on practical, shopfloor‑driven lean deployment — not theoretical frameworks — with emphasis on flow, standards, and deviation response.

  • Production Manager at Wärtsilä
    Oct 2008 - Mar 2010 · 1 yr 6 mos

Stabilized production performance by improving planning, delivery reliability, and lean implementation. Introduced 6S, trained teams, and rebuilt operational discipline across the plant. Led daily rhythm, deviation response, and performance management to restore predictable output.
