Preparing specific or standardized reporting for Investors across the world: o Production of tailor-made transversal reporting (historical and projected performance, Cash Flow projections, portfolio diversification, investment simulation); o Answering ad-hoc reporting requests from investors in order to address their internal monitoring requirements; o Production of regulatory reporting in the frame of European Union Directives (Solvency II, PRIPS, etc…) or national reporting requirement. Addressing ad-hoc queries: o Providing investors with detailed answers to technical questions on quantitative/qualitative data included in reporting, communications or any development regarding the company/funds activity. Contribution to Fundraising: o Producing quantitative and financial data in the frame of prospective investors Due Diligence: Historical and projected Cash Flows, performance indicators (IRR, Multiple, Yield, etc…) at fund and asset/transaction level as well as characteristics and financial metrics evolution of assets in Portfolio, funds’ modelling; o Working on the update of Marketing Sets of funds being raised (Excel Due Diligence Pack, Marketing presentation, PPM); o Portfolio modelling including investment simulation in new funds.
- Active management and monitoring of the asset portfolio- Private Equity/Private Debt/Secondary funds - - Analysis of LBO deals : price, structure, transaction leverage, multiple on money/capital - Due diligence and drafting of memos to support Investment Committee Approval - Sourcing and Meeting Private Equity Managers, active monitoring of the European Private Equity market - Valuation reporting, preparation and drafting of the CDC portfolio quarterly analysis
- Management, monitoring and controlling transactions, cash and position reconciliations between custodians, accountants, and the management company for 120 funds – stocks, bonds, derivatives. - Drafting funds' Key Investor Information's Document – KIID - and annual reports on fees - Reengineering of processes: creation and optimization of some tools through VBA-Excel development - Conducted daily reporting : Net Asset Values, Treasury, day-to-day performances - Treatment and execution of Corporate Actions on Bloomberg.
