Starting Jan 2019 I have joined the newly created Task Force for Process Simplification in BASF. Our focus is to improve customer satisfaction , increase execution speed, improve ease of use in our processes and reduce cost per unit. We will identify potentials for further process automation, reduce waiting time and approval steps, and improve quality of process data. Personally, I will lead the workstream which focusses on functional and enabling process within. I am excited to be part of this project. This is a unique opportunity to help BASF to become “THE Chemical supplier”
