Create & implement relevant commercial dashboards in BI tools.
Managing part of the powerplant fleet in SAS including continuing airworthiness, phase in, phase out / end of lease. Strong focus on optimization of operational and strategic maintenance planning and costs including visits at internal and external suppliers to attend table inspections, perform scrap reviews and managing engine shop visits through both long and short term service agreements. I have also had the opportunity to manage and lead people through several projects including implementation of a planning and budget tool as well as standardization of processes, to increase efficiency in the team.
