Customer Accounts Supported: Sonion | SpaceX | Lumileds (TVS) | MACOM | AKOUSTIS • Provide technical support for customer products in coordination with QA and cross-functional teams (MFG, PE, R&D). • Review product requirements (SWR) before production and ensure alignment with process controls and documentation, and mass production capability. • Monitor daily yield performance, analyze defect trends, and drive process improvement actions to meet KPI targets. • Lead MRB and hold lot investigations; perform root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions. • Support customer complaint investigations and prepare technical reports for internal and customer communication. • Assist in new product transfer (P3/P4) from R&D to mass production ensuring readiness of documentation and processes. • Support internal and customer audits; contribute to training and knowledge-sharing activities. • Maintain and update FMEA, Control Plans, BOM, and work instructions; implement engineering changes
-Conducted physico-chemical analysis of carbonated soft drinks (CSD), including CO₂ content (via temperature and pressure method), brix, pH, and titratable acidity, ensuring product conformity with company standards. -Performed routine laboratory testing on a variety of beverage products such as Cobra, Sunkist, Tanduay Ice, and beer, as well as R&D samples. -Executed water quality assessments, measuring parameters like iron content, chloride, turbidity, pH, and hardness, critical for both product formulation and compliance. -Carried out yogurt analysis, including packaging integrity checks, pH measurement, and viscosity testing to ensure microbiological safety and product consistency. -Assisted in sensory evaluation panels using hedonic and triangular tests, including flavor profiling for products like Vitamilk. -Participated in quality assurance documentation efforts by organizing and filing sensory evaluation summary reports, supporting traceability and audit readiness. -Helped maintain chemical and glassware inventory, supporting laboratory readiness and operational efficiency. -Collaborated in product quality checks prior to market release, ensuring alignment with internal and regulatory specifications. -Contributed to audit preparedness during the TUV SÜD surveillance audit, supporting the lab’s ISO certification and compliance with international standards.
