I’m an Associate Director at Fingerpaint Medical, leading the planning and execution of product theaters for clients in the pharmaceutical industry. I oversee product theater programs from start to finish, partnering with cross-functional teams and clients to bring each experience to life. I’m known for staying organized, managing competing priorities, and keeping complex projects moving under tight timelines. I’m always looking to learn from both my own experiences and others to continually strengthen my skills and grow professionally. I’m particularly interested in continuing to grow in roles that blend strategy, client leadership, program management, and execution within healthcare.
-Manage and oversee the initiation, development, and completion of surgeon educational training programs -Serve as the administrative liaison to multiple departments, ensuring adherence to timelines and identifying and resolving problems -Maintain weekly communication with spine/trauma surgeons, sales representatives, vendors, and senior management
-Served as a program coordinator covering 18 different courses a year within 7 regions and 8 times zones, for a network of 1,000+ attendees -Prepared financial statements and maintained records pertaining to program logistics -Performed venue searches, submitted requests for approval, and negotiated contracts
