- Leading user research, design, and strategy for the next-generation Skatteverket.se, with a strong focus on accessibility and inclusive design. - Own and maintain the UX roadmap, ensuring alignment with user needs, accessibility standards (WCAG), strategic goals, and technical feasibility. - Also actively involved in organizational development to strengthen UX maturity and ways of working within the agency.
- Responsible for the design, tactical decisions, and development of the user experience for skatteverket.se (the Swedish Tax Agency website). - Responsible for ensuring that products in the SAFe agile release train are accessible and user-friendly for all users, including individuals with disabilities. - Responsible for the UX runway (roadmap for the area) and part of the train leadership. Ensures progress in UX matters and that they are a natural part of the train planning and prioritization. - Unifies UX expertise within the train.

Worked at Capgemini Invent's former design studio - Idean (now Frog) where I built experience from a broad spectrum of projects within UX/UI design, service design, project management and innovation. With clients from both the public and private sector.
Worked in a cross-functional release team at a large global fashion retailer, in an E-commerce project, with responsibility to coordinate releases of new code. Daily tasks included making sure all stakeholders were aligned and coordinating different teams through processes, through planning scope, holding meetings, and solving upcoming issues.
