The best ones start with a harder question: what does this organization actually need to become? That's the work I do. I'm an Executive Talent Strategist and search consultant with DHR Global, partnering with CEOs, boards, investors, and CHROs — primarily across healthcare and life sciences — on the leadership decisions that determine whether organizations grow, transform, or stall. Executive hiring is consequential in ways most job descriptions never capture. The right leader changes what's possible. The person who sits in that seat shapes everything that follows — strategy, culture, risk, growth. Two things I believe strongly: Talent is an HR issue. It's also a business issue, a governance issue, and a risk issue. I pound the table on the need for HR in the boardroom — because organizations that treat people strategy as a side conversation are quietly building the conditions for their own disruption. AI is reshaping the leadership landscape in ways that make it challenging to govern. As a SHRM AI + Human Intelligence Facilitator, I work with leaders navigating that shift — not around it. On this page, I write about executive search, board and C-suite leadership, governance, talent strategy, and the future of work. I also write about women's health and health equity — because leaders in healthcare determine who gets cared for. That's not a side topic for me. It's part of my “why.” If you're hiring for a critical executive or board role, thinking about succession or leadership risk, or looking for a speaker on these topics — let's connect!
