Telecommunications Engineer with a Master’s degree in Business Intelligence, Big Data, and Cybersecurity, experienced in industrial environments and system integration projects. Focused on the design, architecture, and implementation of OT/IT solutions, bringing a strategic and analytical mindset oriented toward process and system optimization. Leading and executing SIT and PSIT phases, validating system integrations and end-to-end flows, and contributing to UAT and WRT to ensure business alignment and operational readiness prior to go-live. • Lead end-to-end delivery of the Returns functional area, ensuring alignment with DOO/WES requirements and successful completion of key testing phases prior to deployment. • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME), driving integration across warehouse operations, systems, and cross-functional dependencies. • Manage incidents and escalations, coordinating with client and Development teams in critical environments. • Define planning and capacity strategy, optimizing resource allocation, anticipating risks, and removing impediments to ensure timelines, operational continuity, and delivery quality. • Oversee test execution alongside QA/Test Leads, ensuring effective defect management and prioritization based on business impact.
• Execute end-to-end System Integration Testing (SIT) in warehouse automation projects for Fortna and H&M, integrating SAP EWM, WES, external vendors, MHE, control systems, and mechanical/electrical subsystems. • Design, develop, and execute SIT test cases for complex logistics operational scenarios, including interface validation and PLC connectivity testing, ensuring proper software–hardware integration in real environments. • Collaborate cross-functionally with WES, controls, algorithms, simulation, and infrastructure teams, managing defects, resolving critical incidents, and supporting operational readiness prior to go-live.
• Programming of Siemens and Mitsubishi PLCs to ensure reliable operation of automated industrial systems. • Development of HMI and SCADA systems using Aveva Edge and WinCC for real-time monitoring and control of production processes. • Design and configuration of industrial communication networks (Profinet, Ethernet/IP), ensuring robust and secure connectivity between control devices. • Implementation of production data traceability using SQL Server and SCADA integration. • Technical support across all project phases, including installation, configuration, commissioning, and post-deployment maintenance.
