As International Recruiter I provide effective, transparent and legally compliant international staffing services to a designated group of hiring managers and client groups, focused on delivering quality ministry to the communities and children we seek to serve. This is accomplished through the sourcing, screening, assessment and placement of executive, professional and technical personnel in a timely and cost effective manner focusing on strong customer service orientation.
• Advise the Regional Office regarding its needs in the area of recruitment, selection, hiring and orientation of new local and international staff. • Advised National Offices within the region on procedural issues pertaining to the recruitment, selection, hiring, and orientation of international staff. • Upon request of the NO, advised HR Coordinators or National Office contact persons on international staff management matters: HR International policy interpretation and procedures, international staff recruitment and selection procedures, explain contract terms and conditions, PAFs, hiring procedures, and the orientation of new staff. • Served as point of contact between National Office HR Coordinators and the GC/SO when they first initiated work with international staff. • Advised on matters concerning the management of compensation and benefits that affect international staff. • Trained NO HR staff on IBIRS management, in terms of international recruitment procedures, to ensure that all offices were aligned with the IR Network and international guidelines for these processes. • Ensured compliance of Regional Office´s (RO) local contracts with local labor law in Costa Rica. • Carried out review and revision of local-staff benefits package. • Served as point of contact person to assist the GC with legal inquiries related to HCI contracts of staff based in Costa Rica.
