I build products from zero. I've been the first engineer or technical founder many times — at ev.energy, and at Wesser France, where I founded the engineering department as the sole engineer and grew into Technical Lead. Alongside that I run Hibernyte, my own indie app studio with products live on the App Store, and co-founded TROK. I take an ambiguous problem, own architecture and infrastructure end to end, and ship software real people use at scale. AI is core to how I build, not an afterthought; I design AI-native from day one, from RAG pipelines and autonomous agents at Wesser to a multi-model AI code-review panel (PR Quorum) at Hibernyte. I work across the JavaScript ecosystem (React, Next.js, React Native, etc) with .NET / Node.js on the backend. I move fast, own outcomes, and care about the business as much as the code.
Promoted to Technical Lead after building and scaling the engineering function from the ground up. Lead the continued development of the internal tech ecosystem supporting 500+ field fundraisers across France and Luxembourg. Drive technical direction, architecture decisions, and AI integration strategy across the full product suite.
Joined as the first and only engineer, founding Wesser France's development department from scratch. Designed and built the company's entire tech stack independently, delivering a suite of tools that saved the back-office team hours of manual work daily. Built internal management tools to coordinate 500+ field fundraisers across France and Luxembourg, a partner-facing dashboard, and a mobile app (Expo/React Native) for fundraisers in the field. Backend in .NET, frontend across React, Next.js, and Vite depending on the tool. Implemented automation workflows using n8n and Make, and developed AI-powered systems including RAG pipelines and autonomous agents (OpenClaw) to further streamline operations. Sole owner of architecture, infrastructure, and delivery across all products.
Co-founded TROK, a Strasbourg-based startup revolutionizing fashion consumption through a free peer-to-peer clothing swap platform. TROK connects people locally to exchange clothes instead of buying new, combining a Tinder-like swipe experience with an integrated chat and in-person meetup model, with zero money changing hands. Built and launched on both iOS and Android. Mission: make circular fashion the new normal.
Worked with 10+ clients ranging from early-stage startups to digital agencies, delivering a mix of mobile and web projects end-to-end. Managed the full development lifecycle independently, from requirements and architecture to delivery, adapting quickly across different industries, codebases, and team workflows. On the mobile side, built cross-platform iOS and Android applications using React Native, focusing on performance, smooth UX, and maintainable architecture. On the web side, developed dynamic and responsive applications using React, Vue.js, and Node.js, with REST API integrations and third-party service connections. Built and customized Shopify storefronts for e-commerce clients, including custom theme development and Liquid templating. Worked with databases including PostgreSQL and Firebase depending on project needs, and deployed solutions on AWS and various cloud platforms.
Appointed as CTO of Gjirokastra City Hall, a public institution with 400+ on-site employees and roughly 1,000 total staff. Inherited an outdated technology infrastructure and led the modernization of the city hall's entire tech ecosystem, overseeing the digitization of internal processes and the introduction of modern systems across departments. Led and managed a technology team, setting priorities, coordinating delivery, and ensuring alignment with government objectives. Analyzed business requirements across all departments to identify operational bottlenecks and address them through technology. Negotiated vendor contracts for hardware, software, and services, optimizing costs while upgrading the organization's technical capabilities.
Joined ev.energy as the first software engineer, playing a foundational role in building the product from the ground up. Contributed to the development of the core smart EV charging platform, which helps drivers, energy retailers, and utilities optimize EV charging to reduce costs and support grid stability. Built and shipped high-quality mobile features using React Native for both iOS and Android, architecting reusable and performant components from the earliest stages of the product. Worked closely with the Node.js backend and collaborated with product and design teams to deliver an intuitive user experience. Contributed to code quality standards through thorough code reviews and maintained reliability across production and non-production environments as the product scaled from MVP to a market-ready platform.
