GRQ Hyperscale Datacenter - 168,5 MW Large-scale data centre project comprising pads, foundations, underground utilities, Core & Shell buildings, external works, internal roads and site infrastructure, with integrated M&E installation coordination, delivered in a highly regulated environment with complex phasing and multiple specialist contractors and stakeholders. Main activities and responsibilities: - Lead CSA scope (civil, structural and architectural) for project delivery, ensuring alignment with programme, quality, safety and compliance objectives - Drive coordination and integration of M&E installation across complex interfaces, contractors and work packages - Define and manage programme, sequencing and phasing strategies within a highly constrained and regulated environment - Manage multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors and stakeholders, acting as key interface with client and authorities
“The POST Project” - Contracts value €150+ M - (https://www.postrotterdam.nl/) Flagship redevelopment project combining the restoration of the historic Post Office into a 5-star Kimpton Hotel with the turnkey construction of a 156 m residential tower featuring 305 apartments over 43 floors. Scope included heritage coordination, structural interfacing, shared MEP systems, conference areas, restaurants, and a 22.5 m high public pavilion. Main activities and responsibilities: - Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and consultants across all construction phases - Oversee budget control, cost monitoring, and detailed scheduling to ensure timely and compliant delivery - Manage activity sequencing, site logistics, and temporary works in a constrained urban environment - Liaise with local authorities for inspections, permits, and regulatory compliance - Supervise on-site progress and handle progress approvals in coordination with the Client and Project Director
"Yivie (Y-Towers) project" - Contract value € 300 M - (https://teamv.nl/en/projects/y-towers-overhoeks/) Mixed-use development featuring two high-rise towers (110 m hotel and 101 m residential) connected by a 4-storey podium. The hotel includes 579 rooms, multiple dining areas, wellness facilities, and conference halls with over 4,400 seats. The residential tower comprises 287 units. The project also includes a two-level underground parking facility with 611 spaces, integrated into a dense urban waterfront setting. Main activities and responsibilities: - Oversaw all fit-out and finishing activities for the Low-Rise podium structure, with a focus on critical MEP systems - Supervised testing and commissioning phases, ensuring full compliance with design, budget, and schedule - Managed temporary works, site logistics, and equipment coordination across multiple functional zones - Ensured strict adherence to health & safety regulations and quality standards - Planned workforce deployment and material supply, developing area-by-area micro schedules to align trades - Maintained ongoing coordination with adjacent project sections - Ensured effective interdisciplinary interface with structural, architectural, MEP, procurement, and planning teams - Supported the delivery of a multifunctional podium including conference halls, restaurants with kitchens, hotel bar, wellness areas, and offices for a total capacity of over 4,400 people
