Currently a student in National College of Ireland studying BA(Honours) in Business Management.
Responsible for ordering all inventory for the restaurant and ensuring food safety procedures are being adhered too. Supporting Junior management with running of shifts and implementing strategies to achieve targets set out. Monitoring food cost, labour and sales and presenting all results to Senior Management on a weekly basis as-well as our Monthly P&L statement.
Responsible for screening applications and conducting interviews. Responsible for all training needs within the store, employee files, right to work documents and disciplinary procedures.
