Creating and implementing promotional programs intended to increase awareness and clientele. Consulting with clients to recommend, plan and schedule spa days and other Aniko events. Accepting, scheduling and confirming client appointments. Greeting clients, answering and directing telephone calls in a friendly and professional manner. Relevant accomplishments to date, include: Coordinating and implementing Aniko's participation in the annual Redken "Cut-A-Thon," a promotional/fundraising event, which generated over $1000 for the City of Hope. Coordinating and implementing Aniko's participation in the annual "Ageless Glam Event," an annual occurrence intended to create awareness of the industry and showcase Redken's new line of hair color products. Learned and applied the specific marketing concepts of promotion, public relations, awareness, branding and brand loyalty, as well as the general business concepts of organization, due diligence, prioritization, customer focus, sense of urgency and accountability.
