I am a Support Manager for a training & competence (TC) system for companies within the Financial Services Industry. The system brings together a number of key functional need areas into a single solution and include Case Checking, Complaints, CPD Portal, CPD Management, Financial Promotions, Recruitment, Risk, Senior Management Regime,Testing and Training. I handle issues reported by our clients, investigating and testing potential issues and fixes all within the agreed Service Level Agreements. Assist with the testing of fixes for these issues, release schedules, and release notes for support releases.
