As the CEO and founder of Kernel, I lead an EOR platform that enables companies to hire talent anywhere in Africa, simply and in full compliance. With a presence and expertise in more than 20 African countries, we help our clients recruit and manage their remote teams in various fields, such as tech, support, sales, and marketing. I have over 10 years of experience in entrepreneurship, startups, and business strategy, having founded and sold two successful companies in the SaaS and innovation sectors. My previous venture, WIIN.io (founded in 2017) was a SaaS software for creating advanced, interactive information-gathering environments for a variety of uses (recruitment, calls for projects, open innovation, grants, funding management, etc.). With over 350,000 users, and customers including major companies like BCG, Renault, and EDF. I built and led a team of 40 employees, based in France and Togo, and leveraged the talent and potential of Africa to grow our business. My mission is to empower companies to do the same, and to promote local skills and development.
