•Supervisor of full plant, receiving, production and shipping •Start up the operations on sterilization facility •Creating operations process, SOP • Responsible for the certification of operations personnel • Responsible of trainings, recruitment and selection of the personnel. • Responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of employees engaging. • Manage daily schedule of LYO manufacturing in conformance with the planning and QA team. • Maintains mechanical skills, knowledge and abilities of EO sterilization.
• Analysis and research of request changes in coordination with engineering, QA, and manufacturing activities in Mexico and Europe. • Management of products configuration and documentation baselines to ensure the program. • Responsible for supervising , review and coordinating designers, Catia.
• Tooling, production/NPI machines design. Solid Works. • Responsible for supervising the manufacture process of the tooling. • Knowledge , management and programing of milling tools and CNC.
• Material management process, creation of PN, BOM, tolling design. • Responsible of the strategy of NPI, purchases, shipping, Work instructions, visual aids. • Manage schedule for NPI and Prototype requirements.
