With over 20 years of experience in Research and Development, I have held pivotal leadership roles such as CTO, R&D Head, and Technology Head. My career has spanned managing matrixed organizations across various stages, including setup, growth, and optimization. This has involved overseeing teams and budgets in complex, multi-category, and global environments. In the past decade, my primary focus has been on Digital Transformation, System Engineering, and Modularity, particularly during my tenure at Electrolux, a leading home appliances manufacturer with 50,000 employees worldwide. As CTO, I successfully led the company's Digital Transformation efforts, delivering tangible results in developing and operationalizing modular digital and electronics strategies. More recently, at ANYbotics, I embraced an exciting opportunity to delve into the fields of Autonomous Mobile Robotics and AI while contributing to the company's transformation from a deep-tech scale-up to a market-leading enterprise. My experience in leadership paired with vision, technical knowledge, and market awareness have been instrumental to not only developing the Company’s Digital and Technology Ecosystem, but also building the awareness and buy-in required to drive its execution. I would say my strength lies in the ability to combine business requirements, consumer and customer experience opportunities with innovative technical solutions balancing strategic needs with current operational capabilities to deliver key results for the Company. I would also characterize my leadership style as passionate and energetic, with the ability to build collaborative cultures within my organizations, emphasizing authentic teamwork, ownership, innovation and results over hierarchy.
