Deep knowledge on Industrial Control Systems. The background is related to the Dynamic Simulation for process plants, Distribute Control Systems and PLC configuration for industrial plants (refineries and power plants). After about six years spent in the industry (Foster Wheeler Italiana and ABB Corporate Research Italy), since 2002 I’m working as Researcher at National Research Council Italy on Advanced Control Systems for manufacturing Industry. Core skills are: Model Predictive Control for Hybrid systems Even Driven Dynamic Simulation for manufacturing industry Dynamic Simulation for process plants Design and validation of control algorithms by means of Hardware-in-the-loop simulation Design and validation of protection control algorithms for electric power grids
