Enrollment Specialist's responsibilities include guiding and directing students through the college enrollment process. Other duties include retrieving and recording the necessary documentation for each student, inputting applications, and determining tuition and fees. In addition to these tasks, we provide assistance to students in various areas such as the AC portal, student badge creation, payment and payment plans, continuing education courses, financial, registrar-related matters, and business office activities.
Greeting and welcoming and assisting new incoming students and existing students in applications, financial transactions, and registration. Assisting advisors with students by inputting important records and documents into computer information systems. Also, accepting payment and completing transactions for students. Closing the campus, reconciling any payments made on a daily basis.
Accurately and efficiently process and record routine transactions for our members at the credit union, including cashing checks, accepting deposits and withdrawals and processing loan payments and money transfers. Also, simultaneously promoting and offering the credit unions promotions and additional services.
