      www.toothandclaw.co.uk 2015/2016 saw many changes for Tooth & Claw. We re-located to South Devon from London. We also got married...so we are now an official husband & wife design team! In 2015 Jamie was diagnosed with Blood Cancer /Leukaemia, which may affect his ability to work and contribute to Tooth & Claw in the future, so we decided to expand Tooth & Claw to encompass other brands as well as our own - drawing on my experience in buying and luxury retail management. We opened our first "bricks and mortar" store in July 2016 Our mission is to bring niche, design brands to South Devon - located in our new hometown of Brixham- voted No.1 up & coming Coastal town in the UK. Tooth & Claw is a lifestyle boutique encompassing artisanal home design brands, cult skincare, home fragrance, art & photography and a curated vintage & antique selection. Brands we currently stock include Bella Freud candles, Taschen books, L:A bruket skincare, True Grace home fragrance, Ibride design and Rory Dobner home accessories - as well as our own range of soft furnishings and wallpaper. In December 2016 we had the privilege of collaborating with the official archive of the late fashion photographer Brian Duffy - who also shot 3 album covers with the late David Bowie - The iconic Aladdin Sane, Lodger & Scary Monsters. In December 2016 we held a "Micro-exhibition" of "Bowie by Duffy" - prints from the official archive of Duffy's photographic sessions with Bowie. This was the first time these prints had been exhibited in the South West and it was a real honour for Tooth & Claw to present this. An expanded version of the exhibition we hosted opened at Proud Gallery, Chelsea, London in January 2017. We continue to design and produce interiors products, as well as growing the Tooth & Claw lifestyle boutique and expanding our brand offering. We will also be working on interior design projects and we have more art exhibitions and collaborations planned for 2017-18....watch this space!

Andrea Webster – Creative Director, designer, maker, vintage homeware Curator/Buyer/Restorer Tooth & Claw design and create luxury wallpaper and home accessories collections with a dark, glamorous, Rock ‘n’ Roll look.... we call it 'Luxe-Noir'. A love of fashion, music and film with dark edge, informs the Tooth & Claw style and aesthetic. All of our designs are taken from our original paintings and printed digitally. We support British industry and all of our products are proudly made in the U.K. Tooth & Claw show new collections in Paris and New York. Our products are stocked in high-end, design-led stores in London and Antwerp, as well as selected online retailers. Drawing on my experience of working within the fashion industry, we want our products to add beautiful style-statement impact to your home. Our own designs are complemented by a carefully sourced and curated collection of vintage and antique home accessories, decorative pieces and art - available through our online boutique. Very soon after launch, in late 2012, our webstore was heralded by the Financial Times ‘How To Spend It’ as having “a take on the vintage look which is refreshingly original” and a “distinctive voice”. Myself and my co-founder at Tooth & Claw, Jamie James, have been at the forefront of a number of distinctive style movements & subcultures within the fashion and music scenes in Britain during the past 25 - 30 years. For several years now we have been channeling our stylistic tastes into interiors, art and home decor, which has shaped the essence of Tooth & Claw.

    Manager of Nicole Farhi Lifestyle Concept boutique & cafe "202". Antiques & Vintage Furniture / Home Collection / Womenswear / Menswear. Working with High-profile clientele Clients for Antiques & Home included musician Nick Cave, property developers Candy & Candy and various Independent Interior Designers. Developed and presented styling and collection training sessions to Nicole Farhi Managers, stores and Concessions around the UK. Chosen by the Retail Director to style and direct the retail sales staff uniforms. Recruitment & staff training. "202" was an anomaly in the Nicole Farhi world - a concept-boutique like no other that they had in the UK. A sister "202" boutique in New York was as close to cool as you can get stateside. 202 London was a bustling mecca for anyone who wanted to be seen in Notting Hill. There used to be bust-ups over the outside seating on weekends! Regularly frequented by American Movie Stars, European Supermodels and Worldwide Rock Stars - they would pop in for brunch - then partake in some retail therapy. It was a crazy place....it drove me mad....but it was an incredible place and such a shame when we had to move out after losing the lease during the sale of Nicole Farhi from their parent company to private investors .......

Buyer of all accessories - Shoes, handbags, small leather goods, costume jewellery and Precious stones (diamond) jewellery - for the Vivienne Westwood Gold Label Boutique Reported directly to The Head of Vivienne Westwood Studio, Andreas Kronthaler and Vivienne Westwood. . Attended the Vivienne Westwood catwalk shows in Paris in order to buy from the collections and look after invited guests / VIP / Celebrity Clients. Along with the Gold Label Design Team, presented the Gold Label Collection to our company's showroom selling team during Paris fashion week. Created & co-ordinated Vivienne Westwood Bridal Services, working closely with the Head of Vivienne Westwood Studio and, with the design team to select styles from Mainline Gold Label evening collection to adapt and take through to the Bridal Collection.
