As the Director of the Childcare department I recruited, hired, trained, and led over 60 associates to work together to provide and maintain a well organized, professional, clean, and safe environment which ran like a well oiled machine. On a daily basis my team and I coordinated the activities of over 80 children and welcomed greeted, and assisted up to 100 current customers and potential new customers with the services they needed and efficiently resolved any concerns or problems they may have had. I attended monthly manager meetings to coordinate club activities, resolve issues, and discuss ways to continually improve. I created and changed 4 different staff work and cleaning schedules weekly to coincide with each other. I also organized social functions with my staff to foster team motivation, unity, and respect. My team and I continually and on a daily basis received top shelf compliments from our customers on our friendliness, warmth and dedication to their children , exceptional customer service, safety provisions, team work, exciting activities we did with the children, and the overall care we provided.
As a 911 Dispatcher, I had many responsibilities and training. Most importantly, I answered and responded to emergency calls, provided over the phone CPR/First Responder aid, dispatched officers and fire board to emergency cites, and accessed the Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS) for background checks. Along with those responsibilities I was also a certified Fingerprint Technician, a Rape Aggression Defense (R.A.D.) Instructor, a First Responder, and certified in CPR.
