With over 20 years of experience across the sport, finance, automotive and investment sectors, I have worked at the intersection of governance, business development, innovation and long-term value creation. I am currently Chair of Gamma Waves Partners, an investment platform focused on the transformation of the global sports industry. Gamma Waves Partners is built around the belief that sport is entering a new phase of structural growth, driven by technology, data, fan engagement, new competition formats, athlete empowerment and the convergence between media, entertainment and finance. I am also a shareholder of Lamse SpA, a family-owned holding company with investments across different sectors, including FIEE, an investment firm focused on energy transition. In addition, I serve as Chairman of the Candiolo Cancer Institute, an institution whose history I consider deeply meaningful: from a start-up charity foundation to a globally recognised centre for cancer treatment and research. Previously, I was Executive Chairman of Juventus Football Club, where I led the club through a period of transformation, expansion and modernisation. I also served as Chairman of the European Club Association and as a member of the UEFA Executive Committee. Earlier in my career, I served for 20 years on the boards of Stellantis, formerly FCA and FIAT, and Exor, formerly IFIL. I remain involved in the ongoing debate around the future governance and development of European football, including competition formats, financial sustainability, stakeholder alignment and the long-term evolution of the sport. My professional experience combines board leadership, strategic planning, business development, stakeholder management and investment judgment, supported by a deep understanding of the sport, finance and automotive industries. I am driven by the ambition to support transformative advances in sport through capital, technology, governance and operating discipline.
