Screen carbohydrates for prebiotic activity via bacteria growth studies and SCFA analysis. Experience with spray drying, freeze drying, GC, Nitrogen/Protein, degree of esterification, plating , micro fluidizer apparatus, universal pilot plant apparatus. Management of lab inventory, purchasing, accounting.
