Together, our team is working on our vision: Rethink Drinks! Experiences from over 500 nutrition lectures in companies and professional sports have shown one thing clearly: people are looking for real alternatives to sugary drinks. These practical insights are strongly supported by scientific evidence and prevention-oriented health research. As a health scientist and doctoral researcher with a focus on health management and prevention, my research centers on how nutrition-based interventions can sustainably improve health in everyday settings. This perspective ensures that scientific findings are not only understood, but translated into scalable, real-world solutions. In Germany alone, more than 120 liters of soft drinks and energy drinks are consumed per person each year. With Bettergy, we set out to change that — by creating functional beverages that don’t just replace sugar, but add real value through fibers. This journey reached an important milestone with the successful acquisition of Bettergy GmbH by The Quality Group (More Nutrition / ESN). After the exit, my team and I continue our mission with even greater reach and impact — now under the More Nutrition flag and powered by the strength of The Quality Group. Our goal remains the same: to make fiber a natural part of everyday nutrition, bring the beverage shelf into the 21st century, and contribute to a broader food revolution toward products with genuine health benefits. And this is just the beginning.
Following the successful exit of my startup to The Quality Group, we are continuing our mission here with this great team: to bring the beverage market into the 21st century; with fiber—and to offer real added value to people's nutrition overall.
