To assure QMS is used and effective. • Inspection activities are carried out in accordance with Witten Practice and Procedure, as defined by the ISO standard. • Oversee the activity of the appointed team leaders. • Provide effective technical supervision, training and advice to all appointed team supervisors and inspectors. • Liaise with clients on technical issues concerning inspection. • Provide top management with the relevant technical information relating to inspection on the various jobs. • Ensure that inspection policies are kept current and up-to-date by the Management Representative, and that they are in line with national and international standards. • Deal with suggestions for improvements from staff, and make appropriate recommendations to the management team. • Liaise with external service providers such as certification bodies and legal specialists. • Ensure that legal requirements and statutory requirements are referenced and communicated to those that have a need to know. • Ensure that all inspection reporting is up to the standards defined in the Inspection and Quality Management System, and the standard expected by the client.

• Put together working Qc systems modify, create or improve existing. • Reviews and assesses the effectiveness of changes including drafting for QC purposes. • Provides technical support to worksites, engineers, quality control team, for all activities concerning fabrication, welding and non-destructive controls. • Ensure quality standards and procedures are met as per the organizational and legislative standards • Ensures that there are quality plans , inspection test plans and quality procedures for all project • Periodically conduct quality standards audits on suppliers to ensure quality standards are met • Supports projects and coordinates operations during external inspections • Ensures correct specifications on order & inspection on these requirements • Review drawings & technical specification for compliance and drafting them up in producing a Top Quality Up to date Data Packs mainly for big projects. • Showing a commitment to building an excellent working relationship with employees and people with whom the Company is associated with.
