English: Executive with more than 25 years of experience in information technology, having held executive positions in consulting and technology companies, where led various projects of organizational restructuring, implementation and support of technologies and construction of consulting practices. Since 2010, I have been holding position of CIO, and currently Global CIO for Cofco International, being responsible for the Global IT program, including 35 countries and 4 business divisions. Academic degree in Business Administration, with Executive MBA in the area. 2017 to date Responsible for the Global Information Technology Program – Global CIO. Scope of the program includes operations in four regions – SOAM (South America), EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Asia), NOAM (North America), APAC (Asia Pacific), including more than 30 countries. IT scope includes application management, infrastructure, innovation & transformation, IT governance, and information security. IT services are provided to several business units: Grain and Oilseeds, Coffee, Sugar (production and trading), Cotton, Fertilizers, Seeds, Logistics, Treasury, Risk and Control, and back office operations. IT Organization includes a matrix of Regional IT and global IT Functions, operating in coordination with the Global IT Architecture design. Global IT reports directly to the Global CFO.
Cofco International 2016 to November 2017. Responsible for the Information Technology Program – CIO in Latin America. Scope of the program includes operations in seven countries (Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, Colombia, Cuba and Mexico), and IT scope includes application management, infrastructure, telephony, IT governance, project management, and information security. IT services are provided to several business units: Grain and Oilseeds, Coffee, Sugar (production and trading), cotton, fertilizers, seeds and logistics. Regional operation occurs in strict coordination with Global IT, including IT architecture design, development of policies and procedures, and the consumption of IT services in the IT shared service centers. IT Latin America reports directly to Latin America president, and as a secondary report line reports to the global CIO.
2010 to 2016 Responsible for the Information Technology Program - CIO. Responsible for the IT program of the entire Odebrecht Group. Odebrecht is a highly complex environment, and scope of IT operations includes 20 countries and 15 Business Divisions - Engineering & Construction (five business units), Oil & Gas, Real-Estate Developments, Environmental Engineering, Ethanol and Sugar, Transport (concessions), Assets, Defense & Technology, Petrochemical, Energy Generation, Shipyard operations. In addition, the scope of IT operations includes Odebrecht´s auxiliary entities, such as Odebrecht Previdência (pension fund), Odebrecht Seguros (insurance) and Odebrecht Serviços de Exportação (import/export services). The scope of IT operations covered operations of all backoffice systems and infrastructure; as well as the management of industry solutions for each business division, information security, telecommunications, networking operations, IT architecture, compliance and corporate governance. 2010 até 2016 Responsável pelo programa de Tecnologia da Informação - CIO. Responsável por duas unidades da TI – TI Serviços e TI Holding. Escopo de atuação da TI Serviços inclui prestação de serviços para 18 países, 15 Divisões de Negócio, para as atividades de sistemas, infraestrutura, telefonia, projetos e inovação. Divisões de Negócio Odebrecht atendidas: Engenharia e Construção, Óleo e Gás, Realizações Imobiliárias, Ambiental, Agroindustrial, Transport, Properties, Defesa e Tecnologia, entre outras. TI Serviços é orientada por acordos de nível de serviços, e precificação e recuperação de custos por serviço. Atuação da TI Holding inclui desenvolvimento e implantação de políticas e diretrizes, segurança da informação, parcerias estratégicas, governança de TI. TI Serviços e TI Holding estão diretamente ligados ao Vice Presidente de Operações.
2002 to 2010 - Global Business Services - Business Consulting Consulting partner, delivering consulting services in different business industries. Scope of services included design and deployment of projects in various technologies (SAP and Oracle ERPs, Hyperion, Peoplesoft, Business Intelligence, industry specific technologies), process and organizational design (shared services centers, financial and supply chain processes), outsourcing operations, IT governance and security. Led the entire project life cycle: proposals, deployment and post deployment support. Worked in business industries such as CPG, Retail, Mining and Aerospace and Defense. Also led consulting practices - Mining industry, Aerospace and Defense, and Business Intelligence. Some of the clients: Vale, Samarco, Embraer, GE, AmBev, Magazine Luiza, Odebrecht.
