Technology and digital leader with 20+ years driving technology-led value creation across the private equity deal lifecycle — from due diligence and "Day 1" planning through post-close integration, modernization, and exit. A hands-on "player-coach" who builds and modernizes technology environments from the ground up and translates investment theses into pragmatic, ROI-driven roadmaps. Works as effectively with founder-led and family-owned businesses receiving their first institutional capital as with Fortune 500 enterprises — disciplined about fit-for-purpose technology in resource-constrained, middle-market environments.
